Soccorso Convent higher Secondary School was founded in the year 1949 . Sr. Fabiola was  the first headmistress of the Soccorso School Mala. Soccorso Convent Higher Secondary  School is under the management of Udaya Provincial, Irinjalakuda, Kerala a unit of CMC (Congregation of Mother of Carmel).  This convent school was upgraded to High School in the year 1976  and to Higher Secondary School in the year 2000.   Now Soccorso Convent High School is having classes from Ist Std to 1oth and Plus 1 and Plus 2.   Ths Soccorso Convent school is under the State Governmnent  syllabus  and the medium of instruction of Soccorso school  is  in Malayalam and English.  The Soccorso school is in the revenue  District of Thrissur in Mala.  This is one of the pioneer school in this area with  proven record of high academic standards.
